Sierra Woods grew up in the heart of the Appalachian Mountains where storytelling was part of every day life. Today she works in healthcare where interesting and unusual situations may be taken and used in her fiction writing.

After a number of years as a travel nurse, she's decided to call the southwest USA her home, in the foothills of the Sandia Mountains.
